Minder developed the on-site substation with 80 MW of total capacity sourced from MEAG, a Georgia power co-op.

The substation is equipped with appropriate N-1 redundancy today, supporting 40 MW of gross load for immediate lease-up.

Minder has signed an ESA addendum adding 40 MW of capacity. All capital commitments have been released — the 18-month clock is running.

At full build, the substation serves all 80 MW in an N+1 configuration across breakers and transformers.

  • N-1 today, N+1 final — 40 MW served now; full 80 MW in N+1 across breakers and transformers
  • Modular electrical rooms — 3 MW MERs, 4,000 A input switchgear, 1,500 kVA PDU transformers
  • Li-ion UPS + standby generation — 1,500 kVA/kW UPS modules and 1,500 kW diesel generators

Cooling & Mechanical

  • Water-cooled chiller plant — 1,600-ton chillers in two arrays of four, 2,250 GPM CHW pumps
  • Adiabatic-assist heat rejection — 13× 875-ton adiabatic dry coolers cut PUE and water use
  • Liquid-to-chip ready — CDUs, rear-door heat exchangers, prefab CHW/CW piping for GB300 / VR200 and AMD Helios
  • Air-side delivery — fan walls and CRAH units with hot-aisle containment
  • Resilience — thermal storage tank, redundant pumps and heat exchangers, mechanical ATS
